›What does my service include?
All plans include Voicemail, Caller ID, Call Waiting, and Three-Way Calling. All domestic long distance charges are included as well.
›Is there a credit check?
No credit checks are necessary with Yodole Mobile service.
›Do we need to sign a contract?
There are no contracts with Yodole Mobile service.
›How much deposit is required?
No deposits are required.
›How do I activate my Yodole Mobile Service?
Once your order is placed, your account will be created and a SIM card will be mailed out to you. Included will be instructions on how to activate your line of service through the self-activation process.
›Can I keep my telephone number from another company?
Yes. You may transfer your telephone number from another company to our service for free. Contact your old provider for your account number and PIN, then submit a port request to us.
›Can we use our own phones?
Yes, but you will need a Yodole Mobile SIM card and the phone must be compatible — and unlocked if it’s a GSM phone.
›What wireless networks does Yodole Mobile use?
We have partnered with both Verizon and T-Mobile to bring you 4G LTE / 5G coverage at the quality you want, at a lower cost.
›Do you throttle data speeds?
This depends on the carrier and plan you choose. There are no hidden limitations on data.
›How long does it take to get my service active?
In most areas, your service will be active within hours. In some areas, it may take 24–48 hours. A number port from another carrier can take up to 2 business days.
